Unfortunately, at this time I do not offer any returns or refunds. If your package arrives damaged, is lost, or you are not pleased with your purchase, please reach out to me and I will absolutely do my best to resolve the issue. Please keep in mind that as handmade products, there may be small scratches or marks that are likely to show up due to the casting process, or the occasional stray bubble. This adds to the charm of the handmade item. I do my best to maintain a high level of quality in my work and list any noteworthy flaws, but the items are still handmade so flawlessness cannot be guaranteed.
